As co-founder and co-owner of The Estopinal Group, Thresa Estopinal has been an essential influence on the firm's philosophy and thinking from the beginning. In her duties as Senior Vice President of Finance and Employee Relations, Thresa is responsible for developing and implementing finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures, along with managing labor relations and policy making. Her welcoming demeanor and comprehensive understanding of financial matters make her a beloved and valuable asset to The Estopinal Group. Outside the office, Thresa utilizes her people skills as an active member of the community, donating her time and efforts to several civic and philanthropic groups. Thresa is currently seeking her Doctoral Degree in Management and Organizational Leadership.
