A global understanding of client service is Wayne’s strength and passion. The life-work of this practicing architect and founder of The Estopinal Group is designing projects around the world and high-performance buildings of all types while focusing on innovative healthcare design and cutting-edge collaboration between architecture, engineering and construction teams.
Since its inception in 1989, TEG has focused on providing clients and communities with planning and architecture that advances the creativity and quality of the built environment beyond what our clients thought possible. Mentoring a staff of over 60 people, Wayne enjoys the immensity of the personal skills of every TEG staff, building upon their strengths to guide the entire TEG team toward excellent client-service strategies, high-quality planning, and design supported by exceptional creativity at every level.
Current planning and design strategies ensure that every dollar spent on facility solutions delivers maximum value. Wayne focuses on comparative design metrics and evidence-based design, instilling the highest level of facility problem-solving into every aspect of the firm’s practice.
Wayne’s characteristic elements throughout his career have been a focus on high-quality planning and design for over 32 years, and a commitment to client needs driven by a passion and work ethic second to none.
Wayne is highly involved in non-firm efforts, including being a bank director for 15 years, serving on numerous Civic Boards from sports commissions to zoos, preparing to run his 30th marathon, and being heavily involved in youth and professional soccer. He was recently named by the Governor of Indiana as a Trustee of Ball State University, Wayne’s alma mater. These diverse involvements are a sample of what allows Wayne to be an exceptional architect while at the same time constantly helping others succeed and advancing their causes and missions.
