Design Development

Integrating detailed staff and facility requirements, along with extensive equipment information, into each space of the project occurs during the design development stage. All building systems – from casework to MEP requirements – are included, as the Design Development Package (DDP) becomes the guide for the remainder of the process. This design development process relies upon an interactive approach among all stakeholders and the design team.
