Energy Analysis and Planning

Our approach to energy analysis integrates building loads, system performance and energy consumption to develop Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) that align with project goals. We evaluate each ECM on a life-cycle and first-cost basis to assess the energy and economic impact each has on the total project. Additionally, this modeling approach is utilized in the early stages of planning to provide clients and the design team with valuable information. This information is used to guide design development decisions that are made regarding building materials, orientation of exposures and system tonnage requirements.
