Energy Analysis and Planning

Our approach to energy analysis begins with the genuine intent to optimize performance, right-size systems and save you money; we integrate building loads, system performance and energy consumption to develop Energy Conservation Measures ("ECM") that align with project goals. We evaluate each ECM on a life-cycle and initial cost basis to assess the energy and economic impact each has on the total project. This approach is utilized in the planning stage to provide you and the design team with valuable information. This information guides design development decisions regarding building materials, orientation of exposures and system size equirements.
