This public project solved historical overcrowding at the Clark County Correctional Facility. After a full analysis of current and projected inmate populations, The Estopinal Group and an Indianapolis-based firm worked in tandem to develop schematic options for the expansion of the maximum-security prison. The 208-bed expansion features increased support services, including a new kitchen, commissary, and laundry and recreation areas.
