The Estopinal Group's team of consultants was chosen for planning the future development of an abandoned industrial site in Corydon, Indiana. Initial project goals focused on redeveloping the site into a restaurant and entertainment complex in order to increase tourist visits to the area, but before construction could begin, the land had several environmental issues to test and evaluate. The final master plan document includes a recommended redevelopment opportunity that will maximize the site's reuse potential. This planning process involved a high level of input from various stakeholders and community members.
