National Exchange Bank
Conceptual Rehabilitation Study

Greenville, Texas

40,000 square feet of renovated space

The focus of this study was to analyze the condition of the Greenville National Exchange Bank, built in 1926, and to develop a renovation strategy to create an accessible government center in a building that sat vacant for over a decade. Using the schematic design, detailed construction budget, and rentable/usable space analyses, the Board of Development has been able to secure tenants and funding to rehabilitate a downtown eyesore and energize development around the historic Courthouse Square.
