New Albany, Indiana

The City of New Albany asked The Estopinal Group to propose a redevelopment plan focused on reconnecting the city with its lifeblood – the Ohio River. This revitalization project includes a new YMCA, a natatorium and an extensive plaza for community use. The four-block development area will rise over the floodwall, allowing the river to once again become an integral part of New Albany's downtown atmosphere.
