This exceptional structure, constructed of limestone with a terra-cotta cornice/parapet, serves as a central location for tourists and visitors. The Estopinal Group integrated mechanical and electrical systems while preserving the historical integrity of the building, with complete interior renovation. The building, a gutted shell at the beginning of the project, has been transformed into a source of community pride.
