This project required a strategic phasing plan in order to streamline the 15-month construction period with as few disruptions to the students and faculty as possible. Moreover, the renovation portion of the school necessitated extensive attention to natural lighting, roofing issues and air quality throughout the older section of the building. Special features of the building and site plan include the addition of a playground, administrative office areas and additional parking for staff.
