The 15-acre existing campus site provided an interesting design challenge to The Estopinal Group. The site consisted of steep terrain that was terraced so that the east elevation of the building will overlook a large pond, providing a scenic focal point for students and faculty. Demand for this facility has prompted the design of future expansion to the north and south ends of the building.
