Three Separate Entries, One Efficient Building

This project is a 4-story, 100,000 sf medical office building that will contain a multitude of services for Norton to serve the growing population in the east end of Louisville, Kentucky. One of the major challenges of the design has been to accommodate three different entries on the main floor while still maintaining an efficient site footprint, critical in an area where land costs are at a premium. Orthopedic Services, an Immediate Care Center and the building’s main entry all share the first level. In addition, there are oncologic, imaging, infusion, and endoscopy services planned for the facility.
