Complex Phasing Allows Rural Hospital to Continue Operations during Renovation

Situated between two distinct rural communities, this regional facility required significant upgrades to enhance service to its market population. After a Master Plan and the planning/design/construction of two Medical Office Buildings, TEG was once again engaged to provide creative solutions to the main facility while enabling it to remain operational. The challenge of this project for the facility is remaining operational during the extensive renovation. TEG has worked closely with the owner to ensure that phasing directs construction with as little disruption as possible.
