Trinity Health is located in Minot, North Dakota, the northwestern part of the state. The hospital was founded in 1922 as a non-profit healthcare system, with a network of doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and other facilities that are recognized for its dedication to quality care and science-based medicine. This project is located on the south side of town off of Broadway Avenue in the fast-growing section of the city. The MOB will have four levels for a total square footage of 80,000 sf. The new building will accommodate Trinity Health physicians for all modalities. The building is designed to be a precast concrete exterior skin with plenty of high efficient glass. The building will have a basement for mechanical services and storage. It is anticipated that the building will be complete by 2012.
