A Site and Facility Master Plan was performed for the suburban Gateway Campus, which consists of a multi-service, interconnected facility and includes: a full-service Emergency Department, Heart Hospital, Pediatrics Care, and a 116-bed Acute Care Hospital.

The Master Plan included renovations to the surgery suite, endoscopy, dietary, new patient tower, site improvements and energy plant expansions.

TEG was engaged to complete the projects in a multi-phase strategy.
