After careful analyses, The Estopinal Group proposed an expansion of the emergency department, surgery, radiology, labs, private patient rooms, obstetrics, administration and pharmacy facilities. In order to avoid a disruption of services, the plan called for implementation in phases, offering a facility solution that would keep the community safe while preparing for future growth.
