As part of a master plan, The Estopinal Group proposed the addition of a private patient bed tower, along with expansions to the emergency department, surgery and radiology services. After careful consideration, new circulation routes were suggested to limit public penetration of the facility that, in turn, would raise the level of service provided by the physicians and healthcare workers. After a thorough parking study, new drop-off entries and a parking deck were recommended to meet current and future needs.
