Based on a facility master plan devised in 1999, The Estopinal Group designed this five-story replacement hospital proposal, providing the owner with multiple site and floor plan bubble options, along with analyses defining the strengths and weaknesses of each option. This allowed the owner to make educated, informed decisions. In cooperation with the city of Terre Haute and local utility companies, the plan required a strategy for utility relocation around the new facility.
